Yoga

Our yoga studio offers a variety of casses for all levels.  We offer non-heated traditional classes as well as hot yoga classes.  We have a state of the art Heating Green Infrared System that is used for our hot yoga classes.  Infrared heating offers a superior yoga experience.  Among the many benefits of hot yoga are; increased flexibility, increased circulation, increased detoxification and pain relief.

2018 Fall Class Schedule Beginning October 1st:


Gentle Yoga Monday Mornings 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga or the yoga practitioner seeking continued understanding of basic yoga poses.  This class introduces the principles of alignment, safety, and breath work culminating in a gently flowing sequence of postures linked together by the breath.  Verbal descriptions and demonstrations throughout class. Students should bring a yoga mat and a light blanket if available.


Gentle Yoga Thursday Evenings 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Heated Core Power Yoga 7:00 am - 8:00 am
A core and abdominal focused vinyasa flow. This is a vigorous class in a heated room. The heat assists in lengthening muscles to deepen stretching. The hotter room combined with the physical activity provides a skin-cleansing environment. The sequence of yoga poses, engage and work the abdomen and core. Core specific exercises target the center body. This is a cleansing, lengthening, and energetic class.

Moderate Vinyasa Flow Yoga Saturday Morning 8:30 am - 9:30 am

This unheated vinyasa class provides a yoga experience designed to expand on basic poses and introduce flow. The tempo is moderate with ample opportunities to rest and catch the breath. Movement and breath are linked to support the yoga poses. The physical body is stretched and lengthened. The spiritual body is recognized and supported. Modifications for all postures are offered allowing the class to be accessible to everyone.
