Our yoga studio offers a variety of casses for all levels.  

2018 Fall Class Schedule Beginning October 1st:


Gentle Yoga Monday Mornings 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Designed to meet the needs of those new to yoga or the yoga practitioner seeking continued understanding of basic yoga poses.  This class introduces the principles of alignment, safety, and breath work culminating in a gently flowing sequence of postures linked together by the breath.  Verbal descriptions and demonstrations throughout class. Students should bring a yoga mat and a light blanket if available.


Gentle Yoga Thursday Evenings 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

All Levels Yoga Saturday Morning 8:30 am - 9:30 am
This class is taught in Vinyasa Flow style and is suitable for everyone.  Enhancements and/or modifications will be offered to nourish those who are new to yoga and the more experienced practitioner alike.  Together, in a safe environment, we will explore traditional yoga postures and breathing exercises with particular attention being paid to alignment/body mechanics through verbal and demonstrated cues.
