Yoga

Our yoga studio offers both gentle flow classes for all levels and hot yoga flow classes for all levels.  We have a state of the art Heating Green Infrared System that is used for our hot yoga classes.  Infrared heating offers a superior yoga experience.  Among the many benefits of hot yoga are; increased flexibility, increased circulation, increased detoxification and pain relief.

Saturday Morning Hot Vinyasa Yoga 7:30 am - 8:45 am

Hot Vinyasa Yoga is a heated Vinyasa flow class designed to help us connect with our bodies and move with breath.  The heat helps muscles to soften, stress melts away.  Toxins are flushed leaving the skin soft and healthy.  Modifications are offered to make this experience open and available to every body.  No experience required.  Just bring your mat, a towel or two, water, your smile and an open heart.  Nameste.
 

Thursday Evening Hot Vinyasa Yoga 6:00 pm - 7:15 pm (Beginning April 27th)
